2. Services
Viva Lead provides AI employee and client acquisition systems. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our service, and any service or material we provide, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the service is unavailable at any time or for any period.
3. Subscriptions, Free Trial and Cancellations
All plans include a 3-day free trial period for new subscribers. If you cancel your subscription before the end of this 3-day period, your payment method will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically continue and you will be billed according to your selected plan.
Cancellations & Refunds: Please note that all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time before your plan expires to ensure no charges are generated for the next billing cycle.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the service and ensuring that all persons who access the service through your internet connection are aware of these Terms and comply with them.
5. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Viva Lead and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
